I was missing one facial cleanser that I paid for, and instead received a bottle of body wash in a scent I would never have ordered. I emailed Dirty Girl Farm three separate times over the course of several weeks and never received a single response. As for the products themselves, they're just okay. The facial cleanser that was delivered works well enough, although I'm not a fan of the scent, and the body washes are much more heavily fragranced than I prefer. Nothing I received was impressive enough to make up for the abysmal customer service experience. What frustrates me most is that after this happened, I checked the reviews and found multiple people describing the exact same problem: incorrect or damaged orders followed by complete silence from the company. I wish I had read those reviews before placing my order. Mistakes happen. Ignoring customers who are simply trying to resolve them is what turns a mistake into a reason not to shop there again. I can't recommend Dirty Girl Farm based on my experience. There are plenty of companies making comparable products that actually stand behind their orders and respond to their customers.

This a truly unique experience to create your own custom made scent! It is a four step process: Step 1: Smelling - you actually smell 50 fragrances. The five categories are floral, flavors, citrus, woodsy, and seasonal. There is a glass flask of coffee beans to help cleanse your nose palate with all of the smelling. You will need a phone to create an account and mark which fragrances you like. Step 2: Blending - once you have narrowed the scents you like, now it is time to blend them on paper test strips in various combinations. Step 3: Deciding - once you have various blends that you created, it's time to settle on your very own custom fragrance. Yay! Step 4: Naming and Choosing - once you have settled on your scent, you get to name your fragrance! Yay! Then you choose the product you would like to purchase with your newly named scent. It can be in several products such as perfume, cologne, lotion, body butter, bath salts, bath fizz, room spray, shaving cream, car fresheners, etc. Once you have settled on your purchase the Aromatender makes your product to take home. I absolutely loved what I made and I had a body butter made, which is perfect for applying right out of the shower. I wore it out to dinner the other day and received a compliment on it before I could sit down! lol The great thing is that your signature is saved for future purchases. I will definitely go back to order more of my custom scent. You can also bring your empty Aroma Labs container back to get a 20% discount on a refill. This makes for a pretty cool group experience. The store is limited to 16 customers at a time so calling for a reservation is recommended. The seating is four people per pub table stations with two sets of scent testers to share. The Hair Bath (shampoo) smells so GOOD. It's creamy and I found it to work well with my color treated hair, it didn't strip my color. GIVE ME BODY (conditioner) smells equally as good. My hair is so soft and healthy and I have a perm. I purchased 9 items and honestly feel as though someone finally NAILED IT! I can't go without the SHAPER. It's a clear gel and it holds my short hair down without it being, stiff, flaky or overly shiney. The Edge is control is unreal. My grandaughter has very coarse hair. When I put that on her edges the results are unreal. This stuff does not flake, shine like it's glued down and look sticky and tacky or turns white. It honestly allows the hair to lay in place so beautifully. It gives me the ability to be creative with her edges. UNREAL Can't Weight - I don't know what's in this stuff but I tell you, it's time to re-order. It's the mildest form of a holding spray that I've every tried. I rock a short cut and I'm able to run my fingers through my hair and my style will fall back in place without flaking for being hard. I can go on and on each product.
