If he can't find receipts from this year for my property, that is an additional issue. I further asked for a breakdown of the Materials costs which were close to $2000, which should have included the surround bath and doors, which would have been on top of the cost to do the repair. Eric did not produce this either. This turnover was from a list of REQUIRED repairs. And today i find out an inspector has been trying to get in for the last 18 months, with no response from PM. Yeah. I don't think so. STEER CLEAR. I don't think this is the first time he has done it. Moreover, if he has done this to me, what is he doing to the owners who are using him?
