Lisa McLeod, PMP Management Assistant Director and Lifestyle Director, is extremely professional, positive and people oriented! She is highly energetic and never seems to tire in helping our SunRiver residents. She not only responds to resident needs and wants in a positive manner, but she also has a way of suggesting solutions that make you feel like it was your solution and fits perfectly in solving your desired hopes and needs. Lisa is a good listener. She follows through. She has strong people skills. She is excellent in multi-tasking. She works tirelessly at our events. She is knowledgeable and competent in understanding and implementing SunRiver's Covenants, Conditions and Regulations. However, far more than CC&R's and other governing documents, Lisa is very aware of our SunRiver culture and in her work she strives to support our community culture. Life Style is extremely important in a 55+ adult community and we are very fortunate to have Lisa working with us as our Management Assistant Director and Lifestyle Director. I have worked and interfaced with Lisa through many events at SunRiver. She has always been there for me. That's what makes Lisa unique. She makes everyone feel that way in our committees and over eighty groups and clubs. She works well for our Board of Trustees and for PMP. I have been impressed with Chris, our new Brio Community Center Manager. We've never had a manager who is so actively involved with the day-to-day management. While I'm in our morning exercise classes, we can see him doing a sweep around the outside of the building checking on things, picking up trash, moving furniture back to where it belongs and dealing with contractors. He even "saved" two landscape workers from a big snake. I watched him without hesitation, chase that snake out of the bushes and away for the workers! Chris has a very common-sense approach to issues. He has to walk a tight rope between the longtime homeowners who are very "protective" of the Center, the newer folks, the renters and the ones who own the FVH's (family vacation homes) with lots of family revolving in and out who don't necessarily know or follow the rules. I reserved our clubhouse for a wedding luncheon, and was a little apprehensive about everything going well, especially since we just changed over to PMP Management when I made my reservation. I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease, the availability of the management, and the level of courtesy and caring from them. Everything went off perfectly, and they were exceptional to work with throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Tim Dublin, who worked hand in hand with me the whole time- to making sure the tables and chairs were set up the way I wanted them, to making a special trip with the electrician so I was hooked up to the sound system, and a check-in during the event to ensure all was well. The population of Sun River has doubled since I've moved here and I know that Lisa has been here since the beginning of Sun River as a 55+ community. One assumes demands are constant on her time and yet she consistently impresses me with her capabilities as a (general) manager. I'm pleased to say that no matter the issue or problem I bring to Lisa, she handles the situation and responds nearly immediately. In fact, at times, she responds in what I consider off-hours. I've lived in Sun River just over 2 years. The community is clean, well-kept, friendly, and I'm especially impressed with PMP management. The monthly fee is reasonable, and the staff is always smiling and accessible. Bill the GM does a great job of keeping everyone aware of situations going on (this is a large community). Recently, I rented a room at the Clubhouse, and the manager in charge of that, Brittany, was super to work with and helped make sure the function was a big success. Very pleased here. read more

After quite extensive research, our board of directors selected PMP as our new HOA management company. I've have found them responsive to any inquiries and concerns I have had. Their onsite manager, Tim, is easy to reach and helpful with his recommendations. The website and homeowner portal is regularly updated with HOA documents, calendars, and other pertinent information, making it simple to get answers as well. Appreciate all their efforts! read more

George is our new Manager, and he walked into a lot of issues. (that is an understatement) He has been our light in leading us in the right direction. We are still building homes and as guide for our architectural committee he has been a god sent- His knowledge and work ethic is unquestionable!! I sold my home in Sun River in May, and HOA dues of $180 were still deducted in June. I made five or six calls to PMP trying to get my money back and each time I got a different excuse about why no check had been sent. After a few calls I really felt like their credibility was lacking and it seemed like their excuses were just to dismiss me. I haven't received any follow-up or resolution since my last call. read more
