I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4. From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. I've been looking to replace my Subaru display unit for quite some time. I have the 2017 Forester, and Android Auto only started to be included in their cars in 2019. Plugging in my phone to see a tiny map each time, made me feel ancient so I decided to splurge and upgrade. I called PNA and David answered the phone. He was helpful on the phone and told me that I could go in and test out their systems. After tinkering with 5 different devices. I splurged and got the Pioneer DMH-WT6000NEX. It's not cheap at all, but the screen is a beauty. I brought it in the next day at 9am for them to install it. The unit was $800 and the installation was $400, bringing the total to $1,200!! I have to admit - it's very expensive, but that's the rate I was seeing online as well. They have to take apart the middle console and put everything together.. something I'm definitely not comfortable doing. The job was done by 1:30pm on the same day The steering wheel controls work perfectly, the screen wasn't blocking any controls or vents. They did a great job nonetheless. Patrick worked on the installation and he walked me through the settings and showed me how to operate the device. What I didn't notice until the next day was that he helped fix my messy wiring job on my dashcam (Yes, I did that myself). I had wires that weren't staying in place and drooping down above the windshield. It is all neat and tucked away now. I didn't even bring this to their attention, but they went above and beyond. My alarm remote was washed over by a salty wave on Long Beach and rendered inoperable. Owner Anthony and his excellent staff connected my two new car remotes and also installed new headlights as the old harness needed to be replaced. Same post as on Google Maps I am a Repeat customer: 1) I bought a dash cam (front and rear) from Amazon and they installed it in less than an hour, very convenient and great customer service. I bought the camera before I heard of them but they have their own options as well. 2) I was having issues with my stock rear view camera. The team did a little digging in their database and was able to find a new camera/radio system to install for me same day. Work took around 2 hrs but still quick for how much involved the process is. Great customer service and they heard me out with how I wanted the system installed. About 3 years ago they swapped the factory cd charger head unit of a Subaru Outback 2011 for a Kenwood CarPlay one I purchased through Crutchfield. Everything was installed correctly and about 8 months after the installation, the backup camera no longer synched, I took the car back and they fixed quickly. This review is 'a little' late, but, better late than never. Anyways, about a year ago I felt like upgrading the factory head unit in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'm not knocking the uConnect factory head unit. However, after a few years, the system and features, or lack there of, start to feel...dated. I was looking to upgrade the audio system in my Alfa Romeo and after reading their reviews I reached out to PNA and several others for quotes. Anthony, responded quickly and really showed an interest in understanding my goals and wanting me to be satisfied with the work. I took the car in so they could evaluate the job and give me a thorough estimate which is when I met Dave and Pat, the two guys who would ultimately perform the install. They were awesome!
