I have been banking with them for awhile. When I am in the credit union always very helpful . But…read morerecently I made my house payment thru my account at the Credit union and I was $10.00 short they returned my house payment causing me another fee and charged me $35.00 for a returned check. I have never missed a house payment or had a returned check. I am 70 years old and I have worked in banking before and I know how things worked but we used to call our customers before returning a check to give them a chance to correct the problem. I have direct deposit and my paycheck would have been deposited the next day but that was not considered. If they had looked at the account they would have seen that we have a good history with them but no just return that payment and the credit union will gain another $35. I am highly disappointed that all the automation has taken away the good customer service and relationship building with their customers. For $10.00 I was not worth a phone call or text. Sad state of business.

The supervisor also refused to give her name or even call the police until the rep said she was gonna report them. She then hit the silent alarm which made about almost 20 police officers approach the bank think it was a robbery. Worst experience I have had in my life. I just got a pre paid card from them and was told all I needed was my state I.d or license.. smh worst experience and racist place I have been. To find out because we was black she was scared.. really talking calm was never asked to leave but had the police bring me out of the bank saying there was a Robbery cal from this building.
