She told me do not bring those checks to the bank anymore rudely instead of explaining what was going on I've never had issues with this bank in over 40 years and she called me with the meanest snottiest attitude. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

I was a HELOC customer and they charge an annual fee. Well looking at the statement it appears the annual fee is charged to the line of credit. Nope, they bill it individually but they include it as a line item on your statement. So when I paid $40 over my minimum it didn't cover the $65 fee. The following month exactly 30 days later my auto payment hit again and paid the remaining $20. This POS company reported me 30+days late to the credit bureau and collections for essentially money that was paid to them that day. I never got a call, a letter, or an email saying I was late. There was no notification on my dashboard when I signed in every month. But the made sure to smear me on the exact 30th day late on $20 despite being paid that day. It took days to get an answer and I had to spend a few hours sorting through statements piecing it together myself because nobody could tell me why and no management would return my call. Despite no late payments in 3+ years with them they couldn't remove the late mark as a courtesy. The basically said it was my fault and they don't owe any phone calls, or email, or notifications you are late. I got one call it was from the collections dept 1 month later. I returned the call immediately and he said he had no idea why he was contacting me and to disregard. That's the only call I ever got. Now I'm preparing to get a loan to start a business and I run a credit check and find I was reported 60 day late to TransUnion and 30+ days to the others. So now I'm disputing it. This company ruined my 10yr record of over 1k payments on time. Perfect credit screwed by this circus of a bank. I paid 2k extra the month before and an extra regular payment but it ment nothing. All I needed was to know I was past due and I would of paid them no problem. I'm now trying to figure out how to take them to small claims or anything to return the favor. I have an appointment with a consumer rights attorney next week. Save yourself the heartache and stress and avoid this place all together.

My lender sold my mortgage to CC Mortgage so I had no say in this lender being my mortgage provider, just throwing that out there. 1. When my loan was transferred they took WEEKS to setup my account so I can pay my mortgage. Yes, there's a "black out period" where I can't be charged a late fee due to the lender dragging their feet, but as someone who is always on top of their bills, this "we're slow, but hey, don't worry about it" business approach is really lazy and sloppy. We're in 2026, it should never take this long to set up an account for a mortgage transfer. My mortgage was bought and sold a ton of times and never have I experienced this level of ineptitude. I called repeatedly asking for help in getting my loan number or any info. I kept being told "they'll take my number and call me back." They NEVER did. They also took forever in sending any sort of "hey, welcome to CC mortgage, here's your loan info" letter. It came weeks after my mortgage was already due. 2. I got a tax bill from the county who I assume sent a copy to the old lender. I kept calling CC Mortgage to just simply ask if they received the tax bill also because there's huge penalties if the bill isn't paid on time. I escrow my taxes btw. I called daily, same circus of "we will call you back" (but never will). I expressed my concern over not talking to anyone that can help. It's just always their "corporate secretary" who also says "she can't transfer me to the right dept due to the number of calls". Well, they're not even GETTING calls because I tried that and I always get the secretary. I got so frustrated I started calling multiple Austin and surrounding city CC Mortgage branches just to see if they can look at my account. They can't. They just give you more numbers to try and an email (for anyone else that sees this review and has the same problem): Research.incoming@serving.crosscountrymortgage.com (Don't forgot all those dots in between words) I have no idea if that email is actually going to do something but now I'm here writing a rant of a review because I'm so mad I can't get anything resolved.

Most disrespectful to a potential customer in good standing, all the way around. Lost all credibility, in my opinion. I do not recommend.
