Very surprised she was put in that position but then again when you have a bank that looks for every way under the sun to extort money from its customers.... Also, do NOT use their app. It has more issues/shortcomings than you can throw a stick at. But then again, Fifth Third has zero interest in helping their customers; it's all about sticking them with overdraft fees and never notifying you that there was an issue. One more thing, my account was hacked on 3 separate occasions in 2018. Do you think they did anything to up their security protocols? Think again.

I now understand why people dont like going to banks! Went to the bank today to cash a check from…read moremy insurance company State Farm. State Farm actually banks and refers its clients to US Bank. The bank after 10 mins of phone calls and staring at the check like it was going to fly away advised they would not cash the check. The teller told me all parties of an already endorsed check would probably need to be there. That's a lie, then the tellers call the manager to get approval who advises she will not cash the check, EVEN though STATE FARM has an account there and send 1000s of checks their way. Nope we wont cash it. I called corporate filed a complaint the agent advised me to go to another location and if that one wont do it go to another. WHO!!!! has time to ride around and find a normal minded person to cash a check drawn on that BANK!! this is insane! It would be different if I didn't have an account with US Bank or if State Farm didn't have an account with US Bank I could understand the hesitation but COME ON this is insanely ridiculous. Needless to say I went to KY Telco my home bank and no problem. short lived business relationship with US Bank I called my agent and let them how hard it was to work with US Bank and how they refused to cash the check to pay my contractors! SMH

I told them at signing of the…read moreloan that payment and terms would leave a deficit at the year end and no changed was made; I even had to return 3 separate to sign papers again and due to delay had to make another payment to the previous loaner. January '25 I receive notice that my escrow is in deficit and I can pay additional 4,000 or increase my payment by 175. I chose to get a new loan. Finished the process quickly and went Advanz noticed of the payoff they disregarded the deficit. I signed for the loan and credit union removes the deficit from account. The account process was an absolute train wreck.. my advice is to no use them for any loan

I made my cash deposit and she never even said a WORD once it was made. Just threw the receipt in the tube and walked away. Last week tried to close account but had to make cash deposit to bring total to 0.00 because unexpected auto withdrawal was posted. Teller told me I had to wait 24 hours before she closed and guaranteed that I did not need to return to close account and that she sent herself email to do it following day. Ha. I'm back at the branch a week later because she failed to do her job. And now she's arguing with me from another teller location. Ridiculously unprofessional. I've never had issues with other branches but unfortunately this was nearest my new home. Avoid at all costs.

If you are familiar with the area, you will know there are no good places to stop along the way. When I reached the bank, the first business really to stop in to rest and cool off, an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I asked for water and without even asking me if I was a customer he provided me a bottle. How do I know he ignores them? He ended up including me on an email chain for an entirely different customer that shared a first name with me and then when I called him out on it and accused him of abandoning me and ignoring my emails for help from a week ago he proceeded to ignore me again once he realized he had messed up. All Eclipse does is sell your loan to someone else so why even get approved through them if this is how they treat you when your loan is sold off?
