Very surprised she was put in that position but then again when you have a bank that looks for every way under the sun to extort money from its customers.... Also, do NOT use their app. It has more issues/shortcomings than you can throw a stick at. But then again, Fifth Third has zero interest in helping their customers; it's all about sticking them with overdraft fees and never notifying you that there was an issue. One more thing, my account was hacked on 3 separate occasions in 2018. Do you think they did anything to up their security protocols? Think again.

State Farm actually banks and refers its clients to US Bank. The bank after 10 mins of phone calls and staring at the check like it was going to fly away advised they would not cash the check. The teller told me all parties of an already endorsed check would probably need to be there. That's a lie, then the tellers call the manager to get approval who advises she will not cash the check, EVEN though STATE FARM has an account there and send 1000s of checks their way. Nope we wont cash it. I called corporate filed a complaint the agent advised me to go to another location and if that one wont do it go to another. WHO!!!! has time to ride around and find a normal minded person to cash a check drawn on that BANK!! this is insane! It would be different if I didn't have an account with US Bank or if State Farm didn't have an account with US Bank I could understand the hesitation but COME ON this is insanely ridiculous. Needless to say I went to KY Telco my home bank and no problem. short lived business relationship with US Bank I called my agent and let them how hard it was to work with US Bank and how they refused to cash the check to pay my contractors! SMH

There is a very convenient drive-in ATM and teller stops as well. The best thing is that is it right across the street from my favorite Starbucks and in the same shopping center with my favorite doughnut shop.

I absolutely love banking at Stock Yards. The website is so easy to use. There are many local…read morelocations which are super convenient to get to around the city. I even have the option to make ATM withdrawals in $10 increments which is hard to do with most banks. The customer service department is fast to answer considering I usually do everything online. This bank was great when closing on my house. The payments are easily deducted and no work for me.
