Horrible customer service. I have never been treated this way by any business. MY Brother…read morerecently passed away and I called and asked what I need to supply a death certificate, so I brought a certified copy to the bank and after waiting over an hour, the manager returned and said they had to have a court order. So I had to hire an attorney to do the paperwork to file for the court order and then when we showed up to close his account, they took the court order to the manager and after 45 minutes he came out of his office to ask questions and he seemed very unsure. He asked, "is there more paperwork for this court order?" I told him no and then he said he would have to call the bank's attorney and he returned and said he had to leave a message. The branch manager again acted very unsure and said he needed a death certificate, even though the court order could only have been supplied if my brother was deceased and I provided a certified death certificate to the court in order to get this order. I called the court and they told me that the order was the only thing that the bank needed and should comply with the order. We were sitting for almost 3 hours and the manager finally came out of his office and said they were going to "go ahead this time." I asked what he meant and he just said that they were going to honor the court order and close his account. We waited again and this time for 40 minutes for him to provide a check to close the account.

This particular location is staffed with some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met. No matter who I speak with at this branch, I come away with the impression that they actually *want* me there. They are welcoming and helpful and remember my name.
