The lobby is locked even though the hours state open 9 am. I was informed that the lobby is by appointment only even though it doesn't say or show that anywhere. Then they charged $7 to cash a check drawn on their bank. Theft!

Easy, uneventful experience. Not familiar with the City National Bank but my family has an account…read morehere and my brother wanted to do a deposit so off we went. There are several branch locations in the area. This location is on Carter Avenue. It is a nice looking building from the outside with two drive thru teller lanes and a third outside lane for the ATM. I used the ATM for some cash, and we went back through so my brother could do his separate deposit with a teller. Very easy banking experience. There was some cars in line for the Christmas Eve rush but it didn't take anytime at all. Super friendly tellers too.
