There are several branch locations in the area. This location is on Carter Avenue. It is a nice looking building from the outside with two drive thru teller lanes and a third outside lane for the ATM. I used the ATM for some cash, and we went back through so my brother could do his separate deposit with a teller. Very easy banking experience. There was some cars in line for the Christmas Eve rush but it didn't take anytime at all. Super friendly tellers too.

Worst bank ever , idiots take your payments and put them on any loan or house payment they feel…read morelike and don't even take enough out of payroll direct payments then make all your loans behind , foreclosed my house during pandemic last year they don't care about members at all and rude , never seen a worse place all the loan officers are rude and hateful and tellers are incompetent try give you wrong amount when you withdrawal
