We have both verified all our information on the accounts, made multiple calls. Including one where from the start I asked to speak with a manager. I was put on hold for 5 minutes while the teller explained the situation to the manager. Who then offered an unacceptable resolution, when I stated suck and asked that I speak with the manager. Her door was shut and she "was in a meeting." Talk about making the customer experience the most negative it could be.

We were previously with a large nation-wide bank that allowed someone to hack our account and remove our money, using only a stolen ATM card (which we had already reported stolen). Century is a smaller bank, which seems to take security very serious. Century put a spoken password on our account to ensure nobody can withdrawl our money without knowing the spoken password. Bus stop is located near doorway of ATM / bank entry, so that can be a point of concern for some when withdrawing large amounts of cash and having people to hang around the doorway. Typical card entry required to enter after hours. Easy to find and not far from tourist attractions.

No one likes to have to do this stuff, and the experience with someone over the phone and through email with the Estate department was less than satisfactory. However, today we could not have been more impressed with the level of service we were provided. Reina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was just fabulous. And her manager was so accommodating.
