You literally left us mid-job with a frame and NOTHING else, except contractors and suppliers coming to us looking for payments! How you think you can get away with hundreds of thousands of dollars of misappropriation of insurance dollars from your clients, and think you're going to run off into the sunset, with your wave runners and country clubs? How do you explain how the lumber, plumber, electrician, siding and roofing people weren't paid when you received over hundreds of thousands of our insurance funds? Guess what. We're still here. And we're holding you accountable. And you belong in jail. People need to know the truth and they will.

Clearly a case of, "IF I KNEW then WHAT I KNOW now...??!!" But... to continue, I highly recommend you inform yourself ahead of time as to expectations for Budgeting, Contractor, Designer, etc!! After we visited 3-4 kitchen designers ( including Asbury), I was amazed that all of them viewed the "space" in the exact same manner. Each one offered to create a peninsula style kitchen, placed the appliances in the exact same spot, etc. After WE decided we really wanted a Center Island, we asked each designer to RE-think the kitchen from this perspective. We selected Asbury because Dottie was most enthusiastic to embrace this new request and she also found ways to make it work, within our "square footage". She was very visual and we worked well bouncing ideas off of each other. She is creative and has a very expert team working with her. I would highly recommend USING her team to install your cabinetry since it's seamless and gives her full ability to assure a great install. In the end we used our own private contractors and there were communication issues, not due to any mis step on Asbury Kitchen's side. I'm extremely pleased with my kitchen!! Our cabinets are great quality ( mouser) and the colors ( I chose blue for center island and white for perimeter) !! Dottie and her team also contracted the countertops and they were professional in their installation. It all came together beautifully!! Dottie and her team also designed our laundry room and we are very pleased with how both kitchen & laundry room have turned out.

I called the sales desk to talk with the sales guy he was just a rude a hole. I asked several time to speak with a manager he did hot comply and told me I was being rude I asked him are we having a communication issue. He agin told me I was being rude. I wish I could give the less than one star. They lost my business.

They erroneously told me what plumbing part to order and when I needed to exchange it for the correct part, they charged me a 25% restock fee!! They were unwilling to negotiate this undisclosed practice. When I told them I would take the remainder of my business elsewhere, they told me they were "comfortable" with that decision. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded. Before you spend one dime of your money here, please ask this company about their D- BBB rating. My rating does not even include their incompetence, rudeness or poor customer service. If you choose not to patronize this company, please let them know it is because of my Yelp posting......did I mention they changed my Facebook complaint/ review and then blocked me?
