The others are just as great.. Our office will be moving in the Spring, but I will continue to come to this Shelbyville Road location because of the friendly staff. All my deposits for the dozen accounts I work with are handled quickly and correctly. I've seen them interact with other business folks and am thoroughly impressed with the group. I made my cash deposit and she never even said a WORD once it was made. Just threw the receipt in the tube and walked away. Last week tried to close account but had to make cash deposit to bring total to 0.00 because unexpected auto withdrawal was posted. Teller told me I had to wait 24 hours before she closed and guaranteed that I did not need to return to close account and that she sent herself email to do it following day. Ha. I'm back at the branch a week later because she failed to do her job. And now she's arguing with me from another teller location. Ridiculously unprofessional. I've never had issues with other branches but unfortunately this was nearest my new home. Avoid at all costs.
