The owner, Peter is rude and will…read moremake you feel as if your bothering him by calling to ask a question about your investment account. I filled out a distrubution form I order to receive some emergency money from my account. My forms sat on an employee's desk for over a week until she decided to finally sign them. It has been a month now, and I still have not received my funds. They do not care. Their computer system and website is not up to date, and is very far behind a majority of other investment companies. Two other people that I know that use different companies received their funds in 1-2 days and did everything online. It is absolutely ridiculous. I was never given an apology either. Don't use this company for your investing!!
