When I asked if she could waive the fee for cashing a Chase check, lost my mom last month this was a death benefit check. Her response was "Absolutely Not!" Bad attitude and also she added if she needs an override that she sill not be able to cash the check(A Chase check) This establishments own check. The Insurance company is a client of Chase Bank. When I asked if I can speak with the manager her response - "I am the manager". But appearance ,demeanor, attitude, lack of respect was not that of someone who should be managing a branch in South Orange on South Orange Avenue or anyplace else.
