I'd highly recommend making an appointment in advance especially on weekends since they're only open 10 - Noon. I made an appointment for the following Saturday with Erika and it was cut short due to a glitch in the system. My profile was flagged and I could not finish registration until a manager could verify and approve my application. Through the process, Erika was very communicative and reassuring. She also followed up with me today, as promised and my account set up is underway. Although, I ran into some difficulties and delays, I can confidently say that the customer service is awesome and the team is inviting.

" A minute later two employees came out of a back room saying "we needed to get Euros for a customer" When they came out of the back room I was the only customer in the bank. I was helped immediately. The other customer didn't return to get his Euros while I was there. A third employee clocked in at 1:05pm.
