Any problems I've ever had have been handled professionally and promptly. Despite recent issues within the organization, Sara has maintained her great attitude and professionalism. I refinanced my vehicle…read morethrough this company/ bank and I've had nothing but headaches first they got my address incorrect I called the correct it but they can't correct it because I have to go into my account to correct it online unfortunately they won't approve my account for online I applied back in March for an account so I could automatically pay my payments on my vehicle but they just refuse to open it. How convenient all their phone systems are down on the day that your payment supposed to be in. I made a payment three days before my payment was due have a confirmation number but I can't get a hold of anybody because their phone systems are down. So they charge you a late fee plus $7 to pay it through their system. I am absolutely irate at this point in time I have a confirmation number can't get a hold of anybody as I said phone systems are down they make it so extremely hard for you to make your payments to collect that late fee and that additional fee. I have excellent credit and they're going to ruin it. At this point in time I'm ready to refinance with another company this is a horrible horrible company anyway they can screw you they will I would run run fast.

Today I received assistance from Kaitlyn Pacheco with First Resource Bank. She helped me figure out a messy and confusing issue I was having. Wow! What a gem she is! She is the epitome of an employee with fabulous customer service skills. When I got off the phone with Kaitlyn I felt pleased she solved my problem and I wasn't grumpy like when I am after dealing with a certain huge Philadelphia health care company. Citizens is offering up to 500.00 depending on the accounts you choose. This branch is huge. Right across the street from M&T. I went to the bank yesterday at the end of the day to make a car payment. I did not have a mask on…read moreand did not know that one was required. I was greeted by a surly bank teller you said to me "you need to put your mask on." I did not hear him, so I asked him to repeat himself. Very rudely and loudly he said "YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON." I told him he was being rude and reminded him about the magic word we all learn in kindergarten "Please." I said to him how about "Please put a mask on." He repeated, in an angry tone, "please put your mask on." I placed my mask on and went to the teller next to him For the record, I noticed two other employees in the small office in the back working without masks on. Rules for thee, not for me? I had considered setting up my banking at TruMark out of convenience, but no longer. Once my car is paid off, I'm done with them. Customer service is so important to me and quite frankly this interaction left me puzzled and speechless.
