We have rented boats in other areas, and you can tell this team goes the extra mile to make sure things are comfortable. The boat was clean, new, and had a cover, which was great for the heat and had amazing storage. They have really close parking and tons of it for free. No stress. In addition, they also have wheel barrows to help get all of your gear into the boat really quickly. Gary and his team made sure we knew all of the features of the boat prior to departing. Bluetooth, air pump for floaties, enough life jackets for everyone and additional for water sports at no additional charge. We boated all day long and didn't have to worry about filling up, we were able to take it back at the end of the day, pass it off and head out within minutes of docking the boat. I would choose this place hands down every time. The 5 minute additional drive is worth it with all of the ease that comes from renting from here!

It now has a severe pull, will not drive straight, steering wheel is most definitely cockeyed and I'm pissed. This company has definitely tried my patience, took four months to repair along with a good chunk of my money. They lost my business and I absolutely will not recommend them to whoever asks me.

On the day of rental there was a small amount of paperwork to fill out then the dock crew gave us instructions on how to run the boat. Before you knew it we were out on the water. While we rented a pontoon boat they also rent jet skis, ski boats, paddle boards etc. I thought their pricing was reasonable. They do offer a small cash discount. Next to the boat rental shack is a restaurant and bar which was nice to have as an option for some food and drink. Overall our rental experience was very pleasant and the day out on the lake was very memorable. I would recommend this spot any time for rentals.

So it was in worse condition then when I brought it into them. I called them and the manger said "there is nothing we can do for you." Can you believe that!! They also have other cruise options…read moresuch as the Birds of Prey Cruise (June-Sept.), Island & Eagle Watching Tour (Spring & Fall), Full Moon Dessert Cruise (June-Sept.) and Sunset Dessert & Eagle Watching Cruise. This was a nice cruise around Lake Pond Oreille & I learned a lot of history about the area. Linda was a great "first mate" and tour narrator. Kimberly did an excellent job as "second mate," providing many detailed maps and info sheets/pictures through out the cruise. Our captain (AJ was his name I think) was a good driver and didn't make anyone lose their lunch. Everyone was very attentive and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We learned about submarines used by the US Navy on this lake, ice age facts, geology and so much more! Booking online was smooth as was the check-in at the boat. Seating was plentiful and if you chose to sit on the top (open air, chilly 52 degrees) they offered you a blanket. There is a bathroom on board in case you have to go. They also serve snacks and drinks (soda, beer, wine, cocktails) and have apparel available for purchase as well. TIPS: - Arrive 15-20 minutes before the cruise is scheduled to depart and you'll have prime choice of seating (approx. 10-12 chairs) - Bring your camera (& binoculars if you have some) because we saw bald eagles and other beautiful sites. - If you're a tipper, you may tip online at the time of booking or bring cash to tip afterwards. - If you bring your kids, they can have a chance to sit in the captains chair and drive the boat (the little boy on our cruise even got his own captain certificate!).
