These older people just sit there and complain, I have a little dog and a one year old Golden doodle who is 90% scared of bigger dogs. He is not mean, we have been going there since he got all shots. They bring toys all the time then My dogs will take them, they usually start companying Immediately, then ill get my dog and give the toy back to them (every-time). He does jump , I am always watching them in case he does jump on them. Im over it, like its a freakin dog park, don't bring toys (balls aren't included) ,don't bring a dog bed. **That old guys (Prince) the toy yorkie is the one who usually starts shit then Linda, who has shorter grey hair. My bias is that I come from a place where dog parks are epic and amazing. With that said, PPFP is just ok, and as the only dog park in Queen Creek, it's a monopoly in the sense that you have no other in-town options. The grass is all dead so it's basically a sand/dirt field that's fenced off. No structures or obstacles for the dogs to play on. And as is typically the case nowadays, people are largely self-absorbed and inconsiderate which can have a negative impact on others. 1) when you enter the park, remove the harness from your dog - when other dogs play and grapple with your dog they can easily get their leg or paw caught in the harness which could cause a serious injury. 2) when you repeatedly launch a ball for your dog to fetch - freakin' watch where you're throwing - I've seen too many high speed collisions with dogs and people minding their own business - again, serious injuries could occur. 3) with the exception of aggressive behavior - quit bitchin' about how peoples dogs behave there - it's a dang dog park and some dogs will be better behaved and trained than others. This ain't the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show; c'mon man! read more

Seems decent enough to let the pups play. But if you're dog is attacking another- GET IT! This isn't a social club, pay attention to your dogs. My dogs are so friendly, a boxer and Belgian malinois mix, and would love to play; but once your dog starts to be malicious, they defend themselves. Which makes a mess, and the people that come here do not get their dog away. I'll never be back for that reason: the people that come here (mostly older, retired) suck watching their dog. read more

I bring my 30 pound mixed breed to this pocket park practically every single day. We love it here the owners seem to be very mindful of their dogs behaviors and are quick to leash if their Dog gets unruly. Everyone seems to be really good about picking up after their animal. I love that people bring their kids! There's always one or two people that can tend to ruin it for everyone at times but overall I have had nothing but good things to say about this park! read more

We love taking our dogs here because it's never really that busy! The dogs love the little drinking fountain; we humans just wish there was one in each park to make it a bit more convenient. Lots of benches to sit on, big open areas, usually pretty clean, and well lit. read more

First time at this dog park. Looking for a place closer and came across this on the internet. Showed up at 7 am and we were the only ones there. It was very, very clean. Grass was well maintained, and the landscaping around the fencing was well kept. Benches are around the outside for owners to relax with trees that would provide some shade. It looked as if there was lights around the outside during night hours. There was plenty of tennis balls but recommend bring your own toys. I wore out my golden lab throwing the ball from one side to the other in about an hour. Nice place to take the pups and let them run free without worry of running off, or breaking the leash law in public. I believe this time would've been more enjoyable if my dogs had others to run with, but all in all, very good time. Hope to see more and more dogs there once the weather cools off and word spreads about this nice dog park. read more

Great area for the dogs to play. I didn't give five stars only because shade is minimal

This is a nicely maintained dog park. I see that someone had issues with the dog owners, but I never have. I usually go during the weekday when most people are at work. I do avoid the busy hours because no matter where you go there are irresponsible dog owners. My biggest complaint is that some dog owners are not picking up their dogs poop. Apparently they aren't reading the rules. People, don't you know that this spreads disease? read more

Decided we wanted to take our Great Dane to a dog park this morning. I googled local dog parks and this came up. It's very close to our house. We went at around 10:30 a.m. and we were the only ones at the park. It is extremely clean. It has benches, well maintained grass and tree's. I would highly recommend bringing your dog's :-) read more

Nice space if your dog just needs to get out some energy. Very nice people that go there just wish everyone would work together to keep it clean! Bring a dog bowl that you can fill up and keep water on the dog side of the fence for your pup. read more

We have brought our two dogs here a couple times and overall it is a great and clean, well kept dog park. The only problem is this one clueless lady that owns a pit bull named Luna. She admitted that her dog is aggressive but yet she still brings her dog to the dog park. Later I found out from other dog owners that her dog chewed up a small dog at this park that cost $4000 to save the life of. No idea why this dumb women is still bringing her dangerous dog to the dog park, but again, watch out for Luna the pit bull if you go. read more

This park is all right. Some people are friendly, some are not. Same with dogs. Its a dog park. I think the morning hours are a little ridiculous. There is one dog park in this area, and it doesnt open until 7?? Especially in the summer when its 95 by 7. The qc workers are hit or miss. Sometimes the gate is open earlier, sometimes it doesnt open until right at 7. If smoke bothers you, I would say you shouldnt come here. Everytime I am here, there is a group of people smoking in the park. They try to go away from people, to their credit, but they are all still in the park. I would probably up the rating if it opened at 6. read more

Was so happy to find we have a park for our pups in QC. I was impressed with the park, seating, water fountain for pups and parents. It wasn't too crowded and I appreciated that my small dog was able to socialize along with my Labs with other dogs. Look forward to the cooler weather so we can return. read more
