Unfortunately, the work was left incomplete. Three shrubs were not trimmed, and the beech tree was never tied up as promised. The crew worked for approximately four hours and then turned off the water supply to my sprinkler system without turning it back on. When I pointed out the unfinished work, I was told that Dan's wife would return the next day to tie up the beech tree. She never came back. Despite the work being incomplete, I was told payment was required before they would leave. Since then, my phone calls have not been returned, and no one has come back to finish the job or restore my water service. As an elderly person living alone, I am not physically able to turn the water back on myself. I was forced to contact my lawn service and pay an additional service fee just to have my sprinkler system restored. To make matters worse, the cost of this service was higher than what is typically charged for similar work in our rural community. Given the price paid, I expected the agreed-upon work to be completed and any issues to be promptly addressed. I understand that unexpected issues can arise on any job, but I expected better communication, follow-through, and professionalism. The incomplete work, lack of response, and additional expense have left me very dissatisfied with this experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the service I received.

This could have been real hard, yet Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful with the situation. His crew worked fast and professionally removing my tree with minimal upset to the lawn. They made sure all fallen material and wood chips were picked-up, swep clean and hauled away. He also made sure I had extra top soil for a planned landscape project where the tree once stood. His crew then went to my neighbors where they had to take limbs down close to power lines from some very large trees. Again, Chris and his crew coordinated the job professionally and cleanly.
