We got a flyer from Victor's Home Solutions while in the middle of some home upgrades. Though we had just replaced our roof and half the gutters, we were looking to add a deck with a roof and finish the gutter upgrade for the other 1/2 of the house. Since they were in the area, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Before we could even finish explaining what we needed, they said they only do full installs. They weren't willing to quote us for the deck roof or gutters despite reaching out to us with their flyer. If they're not interested in smaller jobs, that's their choice, but it says a lot. They solicited us, we were ready to give them business, and they dismissed us. That's not the kind of company I want to trust with my home or any warranty down the line. I highly do not recommend Victors Home Solutions. After telling them I only needed an estimate for my neighbors tree that fell on home, with minor damage, I got an hour and a half inspection and sales pitch to purchase a total roof replacement. Again letting them know that all I needed right now was an estimate of repairs to send to my insurance claims adjuster, which they said they deal with insurance claims all the time, and after my husband refusing to give them his drivers license (they wanted to check his credit), our lengthy visit with Victors Home Solution came to an end. I repeatedly mentioned that I needed their estimate and repairs quote asap to send to my insurance adjuster and was promised that I'd receive it quickly. After repeatedly calling their office and getting excuse after excuse as the why I hadn't receive the estimate, I finally gave up. Don't waste your time and energy with Victors Home Solutions, and don't believe their TV commericals that are on day and night. read more
