We have been going to her for 6 months now and I am in love with her and her whole family. They treat my child like he is there's. He isn't a social baby and doesn't take to strangers at all but loves going to his DeDe. He is 23 months and counts to 10, knows all his colors, knows most shapes, knows all his capital letters and has learned new songs not played at home yet. Ms DeDe is always communicative when we come or go and sends updates when needed. I never feel rushed to leave or like we are a bother even when he's having a meltdown. WE LOVE YOU MS DEDE

We called Hunter as he was referred by a neighbor, he had put up their Christmas lights on their…read moregutters. This is the second year we have used them, unfortunately the lights from the first year lasted one season and Hunter stated this year the issues he has seen from them. So this year the new set we had installed last year only half worked. With a couple of texted with Hunter and some missed install dates he finally made it right today. We did however pay for the commercial lights this time to ensure whole strands were not out. So now on to the reason for the 4 star, one thing Hunter needs to do is communicate much better, when messaged it takes days if not longer for him to respond. Hunter does miss installation dates he promises and sometimes longer than a week. I understand being busy, but communicating with the customer is key. This is the really the only downside to using them. I do with the best for Hunter and his business, I just hope Hunter is more responsive to his customers in the future to really provide the 5 star service I know he is capable of.
