He was sent the wrong transmission, but didn't recognize it for a month. The replacement transmission had a broken part that he didn't know about for a week. He told me he would have the RV ready the following Monday, waited until Tuesday after I left my home in Amarillo that he was replacing the entire transmission the day of my arrival. He's cost me multiple thousands of dollars in delays, rentals, and wasted time.
