They administer TB tests, do fingerprinting, and all sorts of other things. The building and grounds are maintained very nicely, despite things being a bit dated. That's just kind of what you get with most government agencies around here. Naturally, their parking lot is all metered. That's sort of annoying if you don't really carry around spare change. I'd truly be boned if I didn't have a huge cupholder full of change from going through fast food drive-thrus. All in all, it's a very boring building and if you ever have to be there, it's probably not going to be the highlight of your day, but it is what it is. And for what it is, the place is just fine. I know, a glowing review haha. It's a boring government building, cut me some slack!

After a quick visit to a business close by, we were told that indeed we were at the correct place, the Hawaii Business Center building. Attaching two photos that may help other customers. The office is on the second story. Our 2 appointments were spaced at 15 minute intervals, but we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. The agent was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Parking worked out very well, there is a lot to the right of the building, and there was no meter charge.

Park at King's shopping next to the gas station, then cross the street, walking for 100-200 yard, following the sign to petroglyph field. It is a short walk but it can be tricky because you have to walk through the lava field... so it is uneven and rocky. Like other review said there are other graffiti carving on the rocks... in the mix of ancient petroglyphs! This is probably why I did not give it a five star rating! I thought it is interesting place to check out if you are in the area! If you don't want to walk through the lava, you can stay or the left road at the sign to the petroglyph field between the lava field and the gate to the condos... before you get to the golf course, there are some beautiful petroglyphs!
