She's very inviting and easy to talk which made it easy to point out what I'd like, not like, and corrections if I thought I needed any. Elle was also super patient about my pickiness. I had the microblading and powder brows done and the results are amazing--so natural and they hold up beautifully over time. The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.

My lashes were weak, sparce and really sad! Ayenda set me on the right path to get mine where they need to be. She listens, advises and leaves it up to the client to make the final decision.
