She's very inviting and easy to talk which made it easy to point out what I'd like, not like, and corrections if I thought I needed any. Elle was also super patient about my pickiness. Today's appointment was no different, amazing as last time. She added strokes in the areas I'm really sparse and I'm absolutely pleased with the outcome of everything! Going into it, she was very clear about the process & spent a long time making sure we both loved the new shape & color. Elle is a natural artist & her talent is bolstered her experience in color theory & her training in microblading. I didn't even realize my eyebrows could look this good. My only regret is not doing this sooner! Before starting, Elle applied a numbing cream which made the process nearly painless. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering it. I got builder gel with chrome top on my nails, and the deluxe pedicure with gel and chrome top as well. It totaled to $150 which adds up to me (with the gel & chrome additions). They helped me right away without an appointment. Every one was so sweet. I enjoyed chatting with Ivy and appreciated that she was personable and willing to converse. That said, I asked for builder gel, and while they said they offered it, what I received was not real builder gel. It was applied just like regular gel polish or shellac, not the structured method with a brush that's typical for true builder gel. When I asked if they did fills (which is standard for builder gel), the tech told me no--they just remove and reapply each time. That confirmed for me this wasn't actual builder gel. I also asked for a French tip and showed a picture, but the tech only glanced quickly and didn't seem interested in the details. I kept asking for the tip to be thinner, but she seemed annoyed, so I ended up settling. The result? A thick, uneven white tip that I honestly could have done better myself. As a mom who never gets her nails done, I was really looking forward to treating myself, and I left super disappointed. My cuticles weren't pushed back, my nails weren't properly shaped (I asked for narrow and they were left wide), and everything felt rushed. While I appreciate the friendliness and how fast they got me in, I won't be returning. If you're looking for real builder gel, this is not the place. The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.

Ayenda is a professional and explains options to match your eyes. She communicates well with appointments that work with your schedule. During the session the time passes with great conversation or a perfect time for a nap. She plays soft music playing in the background and then you wake up with beautiful lashes. It takes around 2 hours for full set and about 1 hour for a fill. I got classic lashes and it gives the natural look that I wanted!
