Elle is a natural artist & her talent is bolstered her experience in color theory & her training in microblading. I didn't even realize my eyebrows could look this good. That said, I asked for builder gel, and while they said they offered it, what I received was not real builder gel. It was applied just like regular gel polish or shellac, not the structured method with a brush that's typical for true builder gel. When I asked if they did fills (which is standard for builder gel), the tech told me no--they just remove and reapply each time. That confirmed for me this wasn't actual builder gel. I also asked for a French tip and showed a picture, but the tech only glanced quickly and didn't seem interested in the details. I kept asking for the tip to be thinner, but she seemed annoyed, so I ended up settling. The result? A thick, uneven white tip that I honestly could have done better myself. As a mom who never gets her nails done, I was really looking forward to treating myself, and I left super disappointed. My cuticles weren't pushed back, my nails weren't properly shaped (I asked for narrow and they were left wide), and everything felt rushed. While I appreciate the friendliness and how fast they got me in, I won't be returning. If you're looking for real builder gel, this is not the place.
