The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.

"microblading, ombre and microshading" My observations: Seriously Good hygiene practice Consistently changing gloves Washing and sanitizing of hands frequently Gentle patient kind knowledgeable thorough Studio was beautifully decorated clean smelled good bright Julie is the owner of Cascadia Ink Holly was the student who invited and worked on me Lina was another student who also worked on me I learned so much about my own skin type, my undertones, the shape of my face and how the shape of my eyebrows can change the look of my face The "hair" strokes are incredibly realistic Julie was also very knowledgeable about the color palate for my eyebrows being careful because of my undertones and my fair skin not to go too dark but still accommodating my preference for darker brows Overall the procedure was mostly painless.. a bit uncomfortable at times but not unbearable. They do apply a numbing cream as well. They gave me a cleansing foam, a cream and clear instructions on how to care for my new brows... It was a Very long process, as I was informed ahead of time it would be (up to 4 hours) this was a teaching session so it was expected. My only constructive feedback would be to encourage the client to take a break... even if they say they're fine... (go tinkle, drink some water and reposition their body a bit) I am "trusting the process" ...butttttt.... The shape is thicker than I'm used to, but is definitely growing on me and the color is way lighter than I like...but super natural looking... once healed I will go for a touch up... and update then... as they may change and evolve with time... Had a poor experience when trying to get my navel re-pierced after it had closed in recent months…read more(had an established piercing for years, done elsewhere). Had booked an appointment several weeks prior. At the time of re-piercing, it did not align with where the marked "dots" had been drawn prior to the needle stick. If it wasn't going to be pierced in the same exact spot as discussed prior to the piercing, then I'd rather just be told so and not get it. Also the length of the ring used for the attempted piercing was short (like a regular replacement ring you'd use after it's all healed); it wasn't long enough for a new piercing. It seemed she was trying to make the new piercing length on my navel fit the available ring she had (also the ring had a jagged-edged jewel on it, not a nice round, plain ball top. It would have gotten caught on everything and been a nightmare during healing). I didn't want an entirely different scar. That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, and had communicated this prior to piercing. The new piercing was so unsightly, it was upsetting to me. Bottom line, I asked for it to be removed and I left. Then I had to let my navel heal up for awhile. It's like going through healing but no piercing to show for it. I'll be extremely cautious about letting anyone touch my navel again.

I should have posted the first day I had my eyebrows microbladded. It was the best choice I've ever…read moredone, even now I still can't help but stare at my eyebrows. LeNice is by far the kindest, most experienced person I've met. You cannot beat the prices btw. Most microblading range from 500-1700 dollars! She quickly eased my fears. It was quick and painless, she even numbed your eyebrows before getting started. LeNice was not pushy at all, and catered to your every decision. That was her motto, "it's your face, not mine." I've had my first permanent eyeliner appointment with Ciara, touch up pending in a couple months. I…read morehad permanent eyeliner done twice before with someone else, but both times my eyeliner completely came off. On top of the liner not lasting, the first person who did my liner refused to give me stardust liner, even though she knew how to do it. She said it wouldn't suit my eye but that's what I wanted. This time around I made sure to text Ciara pictures of my eye and make sure she was okay with doing stardust liner for me. Not many people can do stardust liner, and well top of that, which is why I came from California. I don't think Ciara checks Instagram often, she was way more responsive through text and answered all questions I had. Ciara gave me exactly what I asked for. I wanted brown stardust liner and she suggested doing black on the lash line going up to brown. I agreed. I'm also very picky and she was patient going back and forth with revisions for drawing my eyeliner so I was happy with it. My eyes swelled a lot, so the eyeliner looked more than it was. I was happy with the size but she said the liner will look smaller once the skin isn't swollen anymore, but she said she can add more at touch up no problem. She just wasn't comfortable adding too much not knowing how much the skin will contract so it's better to add more later rather than adding too much in case I'm not happy with it. It was good she said that so I know exactly what to expect! She gave me a goody bag with Q-tips and Aquaphore as well as aftercare instructions. Thankfully my eyeliner didn't come off this time! I also didn't lose a bunch of my lashes like I did with the other person while healing. Thank goodness, and the liner did get smaller like she warned me but I'll be asking for more at the touch up :)
