TERRIBLE CORPORATE GREED! Today I went to two banks, M&T and PNC in Bel Air, Md. What a vast…read moredifference. At M&T there were four tellers and no wait. When I went to PNC to make a deposit for a friend, there was only one teller waiting on the people outside in the cars and us inside. There were four people ahead of me. The teller was fantastic, very professional and polite. I am so tired of selfish corporations who pare you down to one person to wait on you while customer service suffers. It was very disheartening. I will NEVER open an account with this bank, and I have nothing nice to say about them. They can sponsor arenas and have them named after them but terrible service when dealing with the average person who walks into their bank. I did not know how good I had it with M & T.
