This is 100% not true, I'm a aspiring Hare Krsna devotee and we practice tolerance and never upset anyone. I was compassionate and she was not understanding of my unique situation and kept telling me the same stuff like a robot. She wanted me to come in for a 15 min appointment when I live 3000 miles away and was not compassionate, kind, or understanding or the situation. She ended the call rudely and said fine, have your Dad call him. Today My father called me and told me the Dr Shecklian called him and said I was rude which is an exaggerated tale, and I really wish I had the call recorded. This is not normal behavior for a grown women working in a dentist office. I talk to people all day long from around the world and rarly have any problems with anyone. Anyone who knows me, Knows I'm beyond reasonable and never rude or judgmental to anyone but the way this women dealt with me was not polite and I would never hire someone who can't communicate with customers. I run over ten companies and rarely have problems with anyone and when I do I immediately resolve them though empathy and a loving heart. He gave her novacaine injections to numb the area but did not numb the area before the shots. She was the last patient of the day and my daughter felt like he was rushing. As he proceeded to take out her teeth, he accidently took off part of another tooth that was in between. The instrument then hit the back of her throat causing a red sore. That night my daughter was in horrible pain and lots of bleeding from the tooth that he injured. She called me the next morning and told me what happened. I proceeded to call the office manager, who of course, made up excuses for him. This dentist saw me talking to my daughter and then paying. He did not say a word to me about what happened. My hygienist , Amanda, was simply GREAT. She is very thorough, friendly and is like having a family member serving you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Dr Bench is Dr Bench. Smart, friendly, painless and attentive. As a highly professional doctor when you speak to him it is like a guy you are having a beer with.
