This place has no respect for their customers and their payment system is flawed. I accidentally…read moregot behind on my car loan due to having a family emergency. I thought I had paid it and didn't. So I went to pay my monthly payment and there was no indication that my car was in jeopardy of being repossessed. I noticed that I had missed a payment and paid for one payment and had plans to pay the rest a few days later. My car was repossessed that night that I made the payment. There system doesn't do same day payment and put the payment for two days after. When I called them the next morning to see if it was them or if it was stolen. They wouldn't talk to me because I was not my husband but the gentleman did say that he could see the account and that I was able to make a payment so due to their policies that the car was not repossessed but could not tell that they did repossessed it. After that my husband called and they said that the payment didn't come in time and that they didn't have to let us know that they were going to repossess the car and that they have free will to take it then they want . I have asked to speak with a manager and was told he was in a meeting. I have patiently been waiting his call.

I could not ask the questions I needed for the banking I needed. The manager ended up assisting the employee through a simple transaction. The ADA wheelchair card reader was not working. Thus, I could not see what I was doing when entering my information. This was not appealing. The ADA door was not functioning either. Yet, the bank branch was very clean and that was great.

Ok- Prepare to have your mind BLOWN! My BF just went to THIS…read morebranch's ATM INSIDE the building, withdrew cash so he could deposit cash into my account. Goes to the teller directly from the ATM. The male teller informs him with a snotty tone, " Sorry, we do not take cash deposits!" WHAT??!! A BANK DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH? I NEEDED the money in my account this morning, so my BF asks," well, if you don't accept cash, what DO you accept?" The teller informs him "check or money order". (But those two things will not post immediately to an account! So if you need money immediately, you are screwed.) BF tells me sorry, nothing he can do. So I call the branch and just so happen to get the same teller. I told him who I was, explained I needed that deposit made ASAP and he proceeds to tell me that BofA changed this policy at the beginning of the year! Really, because 1) I never was notified of this HUGE change and 2) I have deposited cash into my sons BofA account at the same branch just TWO WEEKS AGO! So I informed the teller that my BF is a police officer (not a criminal) and can see his badge, has ALL my info. if needed and I can give him my security answers, and ask what can he do to help me? He tells me that BofA, in an attempt to cut down on fraud, made this new policy. Hmmm, checks can be stolen or bounce, but you will take those over cash, "to cut down on fraud"? He said "only business accts. can have cash deposited by someone else." And lets not forget ladies and gentlemen, that my BF just withdrew cash OUT OF THEIR ATM! So are they saying that they could have stocked their ATM's with counterfeit cash? Or do they not check the cash to make sure its not fraudulent? Here's my point, they are a bank and banks have always accepted cash as a form of money. How can BofA think checks and money orders are safer? All three could be fake or stolen. This policy is clearly BofA's way of pushing out individual/personal acct. customers and switching to all business accounts. Lastly, If someone, even a stranger, wants to bless me by putting cash into my bank acct., I would gladly welcome that! I am SO disappointed with Bank of America and this branches lack of professionalism. Stay clear and deposit your CASH at a different financial institution altogether!

I've been with Wells Fargo since 2006, not because I'm loyal to the bank but because I'm too lazy to switch.
