The side mirror fell off throughout the entire trip, the generator went out leaving us without AC for an entire day of travel, the septic system has a horrible smell, the turn signal bulb went out, and to top it off when we returned the motorhome we were told not to worry about checking the mileage! When it was time to get the $500.00 deposit back we only received half because they claimed we went over our mileage by 1000miles!! COMPLETE LIE as we already pre paid and pre-calculated our mileage with the owner over the phone!! SERIOUSLY do your research, we rented from CRUISE AMERICA and did not have any of these problems!

Many of them sound very reasonable over the phone, but when talks continued and details are revealed the information that started out was slightly deceptive. I didn't expect anything different from Miller's RV, but the salesman Trey sounded very honest and accommodating, so discussions continued. Several dealers had the unit I wanted, a Thor Scope 18ZS but there were always "add on's" and surprise fees as I got closer to a deal. With Miller's RV the discussion never changed. What they listed was what you got. That settled it for me. I traveled 1200 miles to make the deal. Being so far from home, I was a little nervous as I had committed myself and was at their mercy. When I got to Miller's the experience could not have gone better. The unit was clean, prepped and ready and their shop guy Pete was down to earth and explained every detail about the unit systems and maintenance etc. He was a wealth of knowledge. Best of all, during this whole process there were zero surprises! They went out of their way to make things easy and pleasant. They even surprised me with a $100 store credit after all was done so I could have supplies and anything I needed for my ride home. Miller's RV is a class operation.

There was liquid soap in the shower/tub and heater/vent as well There's a dock to park your boat (first come first serve). There's a cleaning station with lights Near the office are bbq pits and a cook house with stove, sink, etc.. there's also.a couple rv rental spots along the dock. We loved the room, location and friendliness of the owner. She was very sweet & accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!!

There is an on-site restaurant with large TV's where you can get a bite and a drink and watch the game. This park's best kept secret is Adam! For $20/pp he will take you to the French Quarter so you don't have to waste time looking for parking, and can better enjoy the area. Extra bonus: Adam will take you on a tour of New Orleans and show you some of the prettiest parts of town. It's about a 3 hour tour for $60/pp. As it was hot and muggy, it was a pleasant way to spend part of the day. The camp office will give you his information on check-in. We have been to this campground previously with no issues, but this time one of the staff members -…read morewe were told his name may be Anthony - was extremely rude to us at the pool, almost ran over us by the gate while we waited for our Lyft ride as he sped through the park - and instead of apologizing to us he yelled at us as he sped off. Saturday mid-day after telling us to lower our music at pool - which wasn't loud - he proceeded to share a blunt with another guest and apparently didn't have a problem with their music. My daughter was in a waterview villa and her shower barely worked and was missing a remote. Her in-laws were in a floating villa - the boardwalk to their villa was so rickety and leaning that my mother in law refused to go to a family party there. The villas were dirty, needed pressure-washing, the decks were covered with dirt dobber nests, and there appeared to be mold in the bedroom. The pool was dirty, it needed vacuuming pretty badly. This wasnt our first trip but it will definitely be our last.
