We've driven by…read moreseveral times and thought roadside fruity wines, meh... but today, we decided that the -$3 off an $8 flight was worth stopping by for. At $5, it's hard to go wrong. The owners were quite friendly & gave us the run down on their "not too sweet" wines. We started with 2 flights of 4. My 4 were the most dry reds, all of which were semi-dry. The hubs took the next 2 reds and the 2 most dry whites offered. Then we ordered some food and moved to a flight of sweets to test the not too sweet fruities & a most intriguing white port. We were even given a short tour while our food cooked. They use a lot of ND sourced products, as well as Minnesota grown. They have canned craft & domestic beer, as well as seltzers & sodas. The main food is pizza that is made by Papa Murphys and cooked in a pizza oven in-house. They also offer a few other options based on the day. Today was shrimp cocktail at $4/8 shrimp & housemade cocktail sauce. There is a lovely patio & all of the space is well used. We also discovered that a case of wine fits in the back of the bike... oh boy, that could be trouble!!

Since there were rebates on the wine, we needed a receipt. I guess I shouldn't have assumed it was in the bag when they didn't offer one. Of the 2 staff working, 1 was really friendly & helpful. The other, was not so much.
