With Room has been in my top three coffee shops in Minot since they first opened. Their unique seasonal drinks and especially some full time menu drinks are top notch. The owner creates with care and the staff knows how to treat a customer. Lavender cold brew and white chocolate cinnamon coffee drinks are my favorites forever. They are known for eclectic flavors and make some of their own! Even after moving and the rigamroll of small business changes- You will always be greeted. You will always like your drink. I was here for a weekend, and chose this shop by chance, as there were no Dunkin coffee shops around. Toasted marshmallow cold brew - this is what dreams are made of... I came here all 3 days I was in Minot to get this. Absolutely delicious! The marshmallows on top are actually 'toasted' (think s'mores) and the drink is not overly sweet. Just.. ugh, I wish I could package it up and take it with me everywhere I went! Bacon bagel sandwich - interesting, as they add cream cheese to the bagel of your choice (2 options) with real bacon and real egg. Definitely a solid breakfast started. I did try the bacon breakfast bowl (bacon, eggs, avocado, salsa, & cheese), but I did not feel like it was really worth the money, but it was still yummy, just a bit small. There's a specific employee who has the worst customer service-- discouraging ordering in person and acts annoyed if you have the audacity to drink your coffee inside. The coffee is mediocre, at best. If you're understaffed, just say so. This is a cute and unique little place in Minot ND. I was visiting a friend and they wanted me to try this place so I did! I really liked the look of their menu, there were lots of unique options. I got a sweet Almond ice cream and it was very sweet (as expected) and had good flavor. I was disappointed in the toast, as it was regular store bought whole wheat thin slices instead of thick homemade (my bad for not checking) but they're still good. Just pricey. I gave this place four stars instead of three because the staff was so neat! They were all having fun with each other and really friendly and kind. This place is THE coffee highlight of Minot. Plenty of unique iced & hot coffee, tea & Red Bull infusion options. If you need something to go along with your coffee they also carry a huge option of pastries as well as savory breakfast options. I've ordered delivery from their website a lot. It's very easy to customize your drink & all of the drink/food options have descriptions. The staff always gives me updates on my order. I've been called before because something I ordered was out & I was recommended a few other options. I ended up getting something else at no extra charge. If you're a coffee lover do yourself a favor & try this place before any others. Very cozy and super personable staff. I recently moved to Minot, ND and came into With Room Coffee on a friend's recommendation. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. My first week's mornings were spent here while I searched for ny new place. The staff is highly attentive and definitley makes you feel special. Not to mention their coffee yet! I have seen many coffee shops hide the taste of their awful coffee behind syrups and whipped cream, but With Room Coffee's beans are very good. I plan on snagging a bag for myself when I get all things moved in. This place has a lot of hype. Walking in - it is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. I enjoyed being in the shop, but the staff were pretentious and not great at guiding someone through the menu. In fact, they made me feel like I was troubling them. All they serve is French press coffee and add cream of choice and flavors that make it seem boutique. Great tasting coffee! They also sell little treats/pastries and, surprisingly, plants. The place is "cozy" so there is not a lot of seating room but they do delivery. Only 4 stars because the coffee is expensive. I spent $4.50 on a large plain coffee and when it came time to tip, there wasn't a percent option (20% is generally a great tip, but that would be $0.90), instead they use dollars, so my large coffee was $6.50. read more

I haven't seen a coffee shop that infuses everything before, cool concept. My boyfriend had the Elvis which we both liked. My personal favorites are the lavender vanilla cold brew w/almond milk and the Matcha scone . Additionally, With Room has a wonderful selection of house plants. There air plants and cute little terrariums (?), succulents, cacti, and house plants that just need a sunny window. Now that your coffee and plant addictions are covered in one convenient place what more do you need? The staff is friendly, personable and loves coffee and their craft. Even going in groggy the positivity they have gives you a head start to a positive day! I also love that it is independently, and woman owned. First, the owner. Becca is so nice. Personable, friendly. On my first visit she took so much extra time explaining her process, ingredients, everything. All her flavors (except Nutella) are made in house. Not ordered from a factory and I can appreciate that. Her prices are competitive with other local & corporate coffee shops & as a small business owner, profitable so her business stands a chance to survive in the community. My favorite iced drinks are the ButterBeer, Scotcheroo, white mocha with cherry. My kids love the lemonades with cranberry, orange, rose..whatever is being offered for the season. The BLT's are massive!! And delicious. I can't speak on deliveries as I only pick up. But this is my favorite local coffee shop. read more
