When a competitor was bought by Orkin, we switched to Pointe. They were fine at our old house and the new one we built until today. All the advertising says they take care of pests and bugs before you even know they are there. However, when I found a tick in my kitchen, I was told they "do not specifically treat for ticks". While on hold I listened over and over about how it was high season for bugs and pests and they take care of you no matter how many times they have to come out. The "lead" affirmed that ticks are excluded then proceeded to tell me that only one tick wouldn't be enough to come out for anyway. We don't have pets. We have not been in the forest or woods. Not sure how their advertising can be called accurate. read more

SCAM!!! They wont stop coming and billing, even after you end your contract with them. I've called, texted, emailed, polite on the phone, rude on the phone, raised voice on phone... they just keep coming by and billing. I contracted 4 services, once every 4 months. STOP COMING. STOP BILLING ME. I told them to go away. They come. I told them close my account. they say they will... then they come and bill. STOP. read more

Wow I am surprised with the negative reviews of some people. However, they DO say that the squeaky wheel gets the grease and I would imagine for every one twenty happy people there is one unhappy customer, who promptly leaves a review. Either way, We have had Pointe coming to our house for 6 months now and we are extremely pleased with the prompt service and attention to detail. Tommy came by today to do a follow up spray and he was very thorough in his assessment of our property and asking us what our specific needs were. He was very personable and friendly and showed up exactly at the designated time (which has been the case every time for Pointe). By the way, Spiders, wasps, hornets, carpenter ants- GONE. Mice numbers have dropped dramatically as well although they are a little more difficult to completely get rid of, it's more just keeping their numbers under control. Well done Tommy. Well after having this service for the past 18 months I'm beginning to see their quality of work take a dive. We're now on the fourth service technician since signing up and each replacement is lazier and has less knowledge than the last. What validated these comments are my observations as well as the observations of family and friends who also use Point and also live in the same area. Ty did an excellent job. However, the office said he would be here between 10 and 12 and he did not arrive until the afterrnoon. Also, we asked that he call us when he was on his way and he didn't. We at one time a couple of years ago had a yearly ant infestation. We called Pointe. They came out, saw the problem, treated it. We haven't had any problem since then. I don't post negative reviews normally, and I don't consider myself a Karen. I know businesses work hard to keep clientele, and a negative review isn't fun to deal with. I do want to say though, I don't feel that this company is reputable. SEVERAL years ago, I had a one time service- paid for that service- end of story. I received a summons a couple weeks ago saying that I'm being sued by PPC for $94. Literally. If I had any kind of service for that, and I didn't pay...I would understand. But come on, $94? Is this a joke? I paid more money than that to the court for the filing fee just to respond to the summons. Clearly, I would have paid for a service had I received one other than the ONE time I did. Not to mention, the so called service date was when I was working from home and in the process of getting ready to move. I was home almost all the time...and didn't see a pointe technician once. And why would I have set up an appointment if I wasn't going to be living at that house? It seems to me that maybe Pointe isn't doing too well, and this is grasping at straws. I'm hoping this gets cleared up. I'm sure a lot of big companies plan on people not fighting these sorts of things, but this isn't right. It's a shame, up until this point I may have recommended them. read more

Do you guys ever answer your phone? I have been with this company for 2 years. Getting ahold of someone is a complete nightmare. And when given the option to receive a call back, I have never received a call back. Every time we have actually had a problem, technicians arrive and supposedly spray, but the problem persists. I am done. However, discontinuing the service is also seeming to be impossible. I called and discontinued, however, they called my husband the next day to say that I have to call do and do more to discontinue. What??? No! WE ARE BROKE UP! LET ME GO!!!! read more

I don't think this is the company in Spokane Valley but if it is I would say don't waste money I called about wasps even though we already had contract with senske, who said couldn't get rid of. This company said 100% could and our company should have. So I paid $150 to get rid of them. No change when I called they wanted to charge $95 more to try again, I asked to be reimbursed half and they said they would waiver a $95 dollar frikin Cancel Fee, which of course wasn't told to me at time I paid. Also, said 100% Guarantee, I have got rid 90%wasps With stick killers/100's and killing with soap and hose for last month. They also should have prvided traps and suggested other methods for that much money read more

I am very disappointed in the service Pointe Pest Control has given us. Of course they start off extremely enthusiastic and sell HARD, then after the initial service (which was meant to be between 3-5pm and ended up being at 6:30pm) everything changes. it's very difficult to get hold of anyone or to even get a call back. I had a very bad mouse issue and needed to get it addressed, but had to wait 2 weeks until anybody could come out. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I eventually talked with a person who claimed that I hadn't left a message and then had to pay a cancellation fee, but I am happy to be out of the contract. read more

I have had Pointe Pest Control for at least two years now. They are the best. They show up when they say they will be here and they always give me a couple of days notice so I can let them know in advance if I need any special service. I had a bad mouse problem in my detached garage last year and Jeremy came here on a regular basis to check the bait and could tell when all the mice were gone. He is really concerned about his customers and his job. And he is very knowledgeable. I had three different pest control companies in the last 15 years and Pointe outshines all three of them put together! read more

I was new to the area and was told by a neighbor that Pointe Pest Control was the best. I called them and they were out the next day to take down a yellow jacket nest as well as spray my entire house inside and out. The customer service and fast response was appreciated. Since the spraying, I have not had any problems with any pests. Thanks Pointe Pest Control for being there when I need you. we asked them to kill our bedbugs in our apartment with a heat treatment, which was done, but that is not my complaint. when we came home, the place looked ransacked. they also took off our bedding and scattered it on the floor from both bedrooms, and pulled out my dresser drawers and my nightstand without putting the contents back. they also broke my lamp and table. they also threw their garbage out in my garbage instead off the dumpster. my child was very upset that they moved her toys. they were very unprofessional. read more
