I've witnessed the care of the staff for their patients from the actual nurses and Dr's, to the cleaning staff and they were all carers. Well done. There are few small dining areas around for friends of the patients, which I think could be enlarged as I could never get a seat..lol and really the only criticism is bad phone coverage for anyone entering.
