Let me start by saying, I wish I could give no stars…read more I have worked for this company for over 5 years and have consistently had issues getting paid. The pay rate is very low comparatively and they expect for you to do everything for nothing. The recap process (which must be completed to be paid, sometimes multiple times if they are having technical issues) includes a front and back page report that must be hand written, signed by an account manager, and then also inputted into an online portal that constantly has errors. If you don't know the person you are working with, you'd better get two recaps signed because you WILL NOT be paid without a physical copy. Even when all is submitted correctly, don't expect to be paid on time. If you inquire, you will have to wait for a response from 'checks' which will be short and potentially rude to find out if your recap was received and which version, the hard copy or the copy in your online portal. You used to get a confirmation when you e-mailed your recap in, but now you get an auto-response that tells you not to try to e-mail for confirmation. On top of this, they lose managers frequently, and the VP needs to step in. Previous managers have complained about her attitude and lack of regard for others. I have recently had the joy (sarcasm) of dealing with her and understand 100% why they have said this. Managers have been strung along in order to keep their contact lists but their money making duties have been delegated to other managers, so they are literally unable to make money. I have also been informed of pay being promised and never received from managers, not just myself and other employees. When I started this company had many brands under their belts, and now in my area has one. That particular brand uses two other successful companies which pay you on time and without hassle, so I can't imagine they will continue to exist much longer. Make sure you read the "not recommended" reviews, as they are the most honest. Also note that Karyne B is the President of the company (it's run by her, her husband and a few other employees) and she wrote her own review. She will also tell you at trainings that if you have an emergency such as unexpected weather or a flat tire that she will reimburse you for a cab to get to your event. DO NOT BELIEVE HER. If you have any issues, even after being a solid employee you will receive an attitude from someone within the company, who will then try to tell you that you are in fact the unprofessional one. A prior employee posted on facebook that they are scammers and she would not be missing them and they took a screenshot and e-mailed it to all of their employees. Not only was that incredibly unprofessional, but it also proved that they are fearful of other employees knowing the truth.

They have you sign an agreement saying they cant be sued and then never pay you. I have spent more time trying to get my checks than I have working.
