Good thing I had it on New Year's Eve, as this is NOT a New Year resolution food, HA!! They make a fresh warm bubble waffle, then use a cone mold to shape it into an ice cream cone receptacle. Then they fill it with your ice cream of choice, I went with blueberries and cream. And you get one free topping, which I chose cheesecake. The ice cream was fresh and smooth, and the cheesecake topping was BIG CHUNKS of creamy cheesecake. It was delicious and HUGE. I made it through the cheesecake and ice cream, but couldn't finish the waffle. While we were enjoying our treats at a table in the nearby food court, I could see one of the workers making a Thai rolled ice cream, which looked really good too.
