The maids did a good job cleaning the house house, but I was expecting a little more attention to detail. They forgot to clean the bathroom on the first floor and the ceiling fans weren't dusted. They also told me that they only clean ovens as part of their move out service, which was different than what the owner conveyed over the phone via text. One complaint that I have is that they didn't do a walk through with us after cleaning the house. I also thought it was strange that they were about to leave the house without saying bye. I just so happened to walk downstairs as the maid was closing the door and when she saw me she said "bye" very quickly as she shut the door. This house cleaning company is AWESOME!! They were on time, they were professional and so thorough. I could not be more pleased. They didn't just surface clean, they moved items and cleaned behind and under. They had a system to start at the back of the house and work their way out the door which worked like a charm. They cleaned fans, floors, dressers, lamps, behind items in the kitchen and they even polished the stainless steel in my kitchen. The lead person Tabitha explained to the team the importance of polishing with the grain of the stainless steel. I truly cannot say enough about them. I did want a cleaning every 3 weeks but at this time they could only offer every 2 wks. or a monthly cleaning due to staffing. No worries. I'm hoping for a long relationship with this company. I found this company through Yelping. Liz, the owner is friendly and professional who has been doing this for 5 years. She responded immediately to my Yelp price quote request and "book me" / "schedule me... like yesterday" request. We were able to get on her schedule the next day (mind you - it was on a Sunday) on very short notice. Other vendors did not service my location in St. Leonard, MD (be careful when you click on "multi-quote request" because the vendors are normally for DC Metro Area only). The vendors who serviced St. Leonard also provided me with prices which are nowhere near the reasonable cost of deep cleaning anywhere (in my opinion). Liz provides fair pricing and works very hard to get you on her schedule. She doesn't do contracts and has many loyal customers with me, now being one of them. All you have to do is call or text her and she will be on her way to clean with her crew after an agreed date/time. She will then simply charge your card for payment. Liz accepts all major credit card payments. Liz is fantastic. She responded to my call immediately, she is reliable and very reasonable. We shook hands on a deal for her to continue and help me with cleaning services for my vacation rental by owner / VRBO / Airbnb housekeeping and turn-over needs for my beach home. I am very happy to meet her and her crew. My home went from a dusty, old, smelly and ragged place to a nice, clean, quaint cottage ready for a beach house rental! read more

We used Polished 2 Perfection for my move-in clean on my new house I purchased! I received a quote on yelp at 9pm within 20 mins and had it booked up ready to go by he next morning! Extremely prompt and quick to answer any email I sent and the price was phenomenal! It was half of my expected budget so I added carpet to the deal! The young lady showed up promptly at 10 am the day after settlement and was here for over 4 hrs scrubbing an empty but "clean" house! When the owner showed up, she actually brought a couple different cleaners to see if they could "help" the older well water toilets! I didn't even realize the poor girl was up there for 30 minutes trying to clean it for me! I did want to comment about the carpet cleaning!! For the price it was worth it! The time and energy that she had to put into it the price was amazing!Being that their carpets are newer I imagine it did something, dust and dander! But the one carpet that really needed, it didn't help to much! So I'd say for a carpet refresh yes but if you have major situation no! The owner was extremely friendly and seem very knowledgeable about my area and gave me some great advice on the area! Also coming from a house with City water/sewer and gas, she gave me some great tips on how to live/clean/deal with having a well/septic tank/ and an electric stove! Being that we are still moving in no point in me having a cleaner at the moment but I will definitely recommend using this company for myself and friends/family in the future for any cleaning jobs! read more

Used them to clean my rental property before turning it over to new tenants. They arrived on time and did a good enough job on cleaning, but had a couple issues: 1. I paid professional prices to have my carpets cleaned and received subpar service. They used the same store-bought Bissell machine that I have to clean my carpets. I was expecting commercial grade equipment and quality. Instead, I receive home grade quality at a premium price. 2. The hard wood floors only needed to be cleaned. I did not want whatever polish they used that left the floors with a sticky film and dull footprints wherever someone walked. All-in-all, the cleaning service wasn't too bad and could recommend if you only need things wiped down and vacuumed. Anything deeper, I'd maybe try a more established commercial company rather than what appeared to be a side-business. I say that because the owner's young school-aged daughter was on the cleaning crew along with her other relatives that were coming for short periods of time before leaving for their real jobs. read more
