When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Well, when I checked with 3 different cleaning services (including one just 3/4 of a mile from my home) in early 2025, they were all much more expensive. I'm not home much and am not a deep cleaning type of person and ISA definitely excels at deep cleaning. They actually take pictures so you can see the difference in the cleanliness of areas I never touch. The dust on top of the fridge was crazy and who knew you could remove toilet seats to clean that area better! I travel a lot and though I sweep and vacuum I know my strength isn't cleaning and so I like having someone who is good at it stepping in. I have a two story 3k square foot home and they were able to do the first cleaning in 5 hours with 3 people. Afterwards they were able to clean with 2 in about 2.5-3 hours. I definitely got the value for my money with ISA. I also love how professional they are. They come to clean and they work straight through. They arrive on time too, if they say 8am, your doorbell rings at 8! They are a family who moved from MD to Florida and I'm so glad I found them!

However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes.
