Horrible experience…read more My phone scheduled appointment was for 2:45 pm. Upon arrival, Olivia told me that our appointment was at 3:00. Annoying, but not a big deal. My daughter and I both told her she wanted her hair cut to Shoulder Length and needed her Bangs Trimmed. Olivia was told this by both of us and shown physically where the hair was to be cut to. Olivia proceeded to DRY CUT my daughter's hair to CHIN LENGTH, not Shoulder Length. My daughter's bangs are also so long they are still in her eyes. I was charged the full price for a shampoo/condition adult cut. Again, Olivia dry cut my daughter's hair. She seems like a nice person. However, my daughter is left with a terrible haircut right before a family party and no apology from Olivia. I do not recommend this salon or hairdresser.
