As much as it pains me to write this negative review ... I want to be nothing but honest and…read morevulnerable about what I personally experienced from the services Jade provides. I decided to start seeing Jade since she offered volume lashes {the lash technician I was seeing only offered classic} ...I read good reviews online and saw the beautiful pictures she posted on her Instagram account. The first time I went in, I was shocked at how full my eyelashes were from the volume lashes she applied ... I had never seen such full eyelash extensions before. Honestly, I hated them and so did my husband ... but they grew on me within a week or so. At that moment I wasn't experience any negative side affects and was happy with her services. However, as I continued to go in for two-week fills I started experiencing bloodshot, irritated eyes WHILE she was performing the fill. This is due to the fact that she holds a conversation the entire time she is completing the service therefore when I'm corresponding with her, my eyes are moving around and are probably opening up a tad without me being aware of it. I honestly didn't think much of it as she assured me it was just the "awesome" glue she used. This problem continued every time I would see her for a fill and it got to the point where my eyes got so swollen and puffy. I was devastated and didn't know what to do as I don't want to risk the health of my eyes at the expense of having pretty full lashes. She recommended that I NOT see a doctor for the issue as "all they will do" is give me an antibiotic eye-drop and tell me to remove the lashes. Boy do I wish I would've trusted my gut that something wasn't right with my eyelashes and gone to the doctor so they could help me with the horrible irritation that she caused me. I did decide to go to an Optometrist for a new eyeglasses prescription {completely unrelated to the issues I was experiencing} and when the doctor looked at my eyes, he was shocked at how {in his own words} BEAT UP my eyelids, eyes and lashes looked. That was enough for me to decide enough was enough ... my eyes were constantly irritated, extremely dry to the point of being flaky, watering constantly throughout the day and night ... this is NOT OK! I searched high and low for a professional that I could trust to remove the lashes Jade had been applying for months and it was the best decision I made. I wish Facebook would allow me to attach pictures of my eyelashes ... you would all be disgusted and think twice about seeing her. A removal that should've only taken 30 minutes took almost two hours. Two long painful hours as my eyelashes were SO clumped together by globs of glue she threw onto my lashes. In addition, the eyelash extensions she uses are so heavy that over half of my beautiful strong natural lashes were BROKEN ... broken in half because of the heavy weight/strain on my lashes. That's not all ... there are spots where I don't even have eyelashes. These of course will grow back over time, but no one should experience this! Please take this review as a caution. Do your research. Protect your eyes. You only have two ... they cannot be replaced.

I moved here about 7 months ago from Texas and I was seriously dreading finding a new lash stylist…read morebecause I LOVED my girl back home. Flying to Texas every two weeks for a fill wasn't going to work so I searched high and low and found Jade. Jade is an adorable, energetic fireball who will keep you entertained for the 1-2 hours that you sit in her comfy recliner. Her place is super cute, meticulously clean and she always has great music playing in the background. If you love animals, this is your girl. She rescues them and if you're lucky, you may even be able to snuggle with one of her dogs while you're getting your lashes done. Jade also specializes in volume lashes which is something that I had never tried before and I wish I would have sooner because they look amazing. There isn't a day that goes by where someone doesn't compliment my "real" eyelashes. I can go anywhere without makeup and yet it looks like I put some effort in simply because my eyelashes are top notch. I love love love my lashes and I love Jade so I'm pretty sure you will too!
