Also, since they insisted that auction versus tag sale was best way to handle sale, many items went unsold because they ran out of time and customers. We were there for over 8 hours with many items left untouched because of the late hour and no customers left. Finally, we had a misunderstanding over final cleanout. Even though their website says they complete Cleanout; they don't.
