Unlike other providers I have worked with, Brad respects my opinion about vaccines and does not try to convince me otherwise. Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat I'm can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. Because I was not given that...but I did give 2 and asked if I could please reschedule. That was 2nd no call no show ( I called right?) Third absolutely my fault. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved. After thousands of dollars to this office and my WHOLE FAMILY goes there, and my dentist has been the only dentist I've trusted my adult life. I'm now in pain, have been ill from it and can not find another dentist. I wonder how I would have been treated if my parents were in a wreck and I didn't call. No compassion no understanding.
