I tried to explain clearly what I wanted, but she barely listened and rushed through the cut like she had somewhere else to be. What's worse is that it genuinely felt like she messed up my haircut on purpose. Uneven fades, choppy lines, and one side is noticeably shorter than the other. I left the chair feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I don't know what her issue was, but there was zero pride in her work, and zero customer care. I would not recommend this barber to anyone. Since each barber seems to 'see the cut' a bit different with varying results, it appears that about half the customers have chosen to wait for a specific barber. It took me a few visits to 'train' mine. :-) Saturdays are usually busy so plan on waiting 30-45 minutes if you want a specific barber. They are closed on Sunday and Monday, and some of the barbers take half days during other parts of the week. Everyone is very nice.
