On a Friday get a call asking if they can come do the service, they had a cancellation. It was not good for me so we decided the following Thursday. The crew was on time, very thorough and worked hard most of the day. The end result is beautiful, but it was a very frustrating process. The owners are nice young guys, but might need to learn some customer service basics.
