The chicken is tasty and crunchy, the burgers are relatively big and volumy compared to other chain shops that sells hamburguers. But in the other hand, because of the reason that this shop is a fast food shop, well, it's not defective, but the quality does not surpass the "fast food shop" quality. Another unsatisfying point to denigrate is that the time to wait from the time that you order the food, to the time that the food is done and delivered is too long for this place to be called a fast food restaurant. I mean, usually fast food restaurants take about 10 ~ 20 minutes for an order to be done, but Kentucky Fried Chicken takes from half an hour for minimum, and up to an entire hour, if the restaurant is in the peak hour. It might take more time than an average fast food restaurant, and obviously way more than an average restaurant. If you have time and a lot of hunger, i might think it is a good place to buy their food, but if you don't, it may not be the greatest option.

They had quite a few different offerings on the menu but I decided to be adventurous and ordered a Mexican style Italiano sub on a fresh baguette. The roll was very fresh, toasted to perfection and of nice size as you can tell by my picture. The salami was more like a cross between ham and bologna, but fortunately it also had plenty of tomato, onion, lettuce and melted cheese. The best part though was strangely the cup of roasted peppers on the side. They were by far the best roasted peppers I have ever had and the addition of them transformed my sandwich from an Italiano wannabe to a magnificent Mexican style Italiano sub. Beware! They are a bit on the spicy side for those that cannot handle heat. Not too shabby for 70 pesos. Service was warm and gracious.

If you need to pay usd or pesos, you'll have to speak to the employee at the cash register. They are bilingual. Lots of good seating here, but if you can to go as well. What a mistake! Not only was it a repeat of the rude customer service, the food was cold and stale - despite taking nearly 20 minutes to prepare. Also, I noticed the person preparing my Big Mac was not wearing any gloves. Yikes!!! The employees seem annoyed by the sight of a Gringo in their presence, even though I was soooo polite and appreciative. I would just tell American and Canadians not to bother and just steer clear. Spend your Pesos somewhere else. I wish the employees cared a little more. This place could be a much better experience even if they tried just a little harder!
