There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

The last 2 times I noticed and the cleaning lady was very nice about helping and rewashed my laundry because she saw it for herself that my laundry didn't was properly. I'm at the point where I'm tired of so called clean laundry. If im paying I need to get my money's worth. This seems like a easy way for the owners to make money. The machines get clogged because foreign customers come in not knowing where to put their pods, powder detergent, etc. It doesn't take all this time to make spanish signs to ensure customers are properly using the machines. If I were the owners and running a business, I would be sure to protect my equipment and business retention. Just sad and laziness on the owners behalf. Also the dryers take several cycles to dry so they're also not maintained enough as they should be. After speaking with the husband (owner) I tried calling him back to discuss the dryers but he turned his phone off.

When I was putting my clothes in the dryer the attendant comes to me being rude opening up the dryers saying " I was only allowed to use 1 dryer since I only use 1 washing machine.". I paid $8.00 to wash my clothes. The attendant goes to say " you must don't have the money to dry". If I had money to wash I have money to dry, plus it's free dry time. It was me and another person washing clothes in the laundromat. It really shouldn't have matter how many dryers I was using. The attendant calls the Manger and he apologized and says you are right it is not a sign posting saying how many dryers you can use. I have never been to any laundromat and been that disrespected. I went to sit in my car to cool down once the Manger left. After the Manger leaves the attendant comes to my car talking more stuff. Why are you evening talking to me anyway. Especially after the Manger spoke to me. So I called the police and waited inside until the police got there. The attendant flips to make me seem in the wrong and like she didn't do anything wrong. The attendant said I won't be allowed back. How rude of you.

This dryers are $1.75 and $2.75 and didn't dry my items in 30 minutes. It's the most expensive laundromat that I've been to and it doesn't even work fully. No one there to refund your money. She is very friendly, helpful, and so quick to get your laundry back to you should you drop it off to be cleaned and folded. The machines here are in great condition with multiple sizes to choose from. As with everything in this world, the cost of doing laundry is high, but I managed to do a load for about $7. I didn't have time run the dryer twice like I have at other places. My clothes came out fresh and clean. There are books and chairs to pass the time. I felt pretty safe here even after dark. All in all, this is a pretty decent laundromat. It's clean, well-lit, and efficient for doing laundry.
