Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en Polo a finales de diciembre de 2024. Llevé mi carro para un servicio y tres días después la secretaria me llamó para decir que estaría listo en 8 días. Esa promesa no se cumplió. Me dieron varias fechas más, todas incumplidas. Después de muchas llamadas por mi parte, finalmente me entregaron el vehículo en enero de 2025. Al poco tiempo, regresé porque noté que la alfombra del lado del conductor tenía un agujero. La secretaria me dijo que debía hablar con la persona encargada de revisar los autos al recibirlos. Cuando regresé y hablé con ese encargado, le mostré la alfombra y le expliqué que mi carro no tenía ese daño al llegar, ya que es prácticamente nuevo. En ese momento, la secretaria intervino sin razón aparente, y en tono burlón me preguntó cuántas millas tenía el carro. Le respondí que tenía casi 13 mil y que fue comprado nuevo. Su reacción fue reírse y decir que el carro ya era "viejo", como insinuando que por eso tenía el daño. Para terminar de empeorar las cosas, me dijo que las alfombras tenían garantía y que me llamaría cuando llegaran... todavía estoy esperando esa llamada. Fue grosera, sarcástica y nada profesional. Conclusión: Como cliente que ya había llevado otros carros anteriormente, esta vez recibí un trato irrespetuoso, poco serio y desagradable. No recomiendo este lugar. La falta de responsabilidad y la actitud del personal, especialmente de la secretaria, dejaron mucho que desear. read more

Terrible experience -- will never return. I brought my car in for repairs and was met with delays, confusion, and extremely unprofessional service. The front desk attendant was rude, condescending, and dishonest. She repeatedly lied about replacing a carpet that was clearly damaged while my car was in their care. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone I know--and I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Normally I wouldn't write bad reviews but personally this was the first time I was dealing with polo and it will also be the last time, I had recently gotten into some trouble with my car and the woman who was at the desk could clearly indicate i was having a hard time and rather then working with me at first she had figured to try to run me down for my money I will not be using polo after this incident. read more

The stellar reviews here are 100% accurate. I called Diana at 8:45 this morning to inquire about a front bumper repair. She said bring it in. Upon my arrival, Tony took one look at the bumper, quoted me a very fair price for the repair, and stated it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Exactly an hour later I get a call that the work is done, it looks spectacular, and the price was very fair and within the quoted range. The work was speedy on short notice, and everyone I spoke to was extremely professional. I brought in my 2016 Grand Cherokee to Tony last week for repair of a door dent and touch up of a scratch . He used the paintless method of removing the dent and although it was partially on the body line it was removed completely ! You would never know it was there and same thing for the scratch. Tony Pisano is a no nonsense business proprietor. His staff and auto body technicians are second to none. They are not only honest and diligent, but I really have to say; every time I have had the unfortunate need to bring anyone of my cars to them for collision repair; I have gotten it back better than I had bought it back brand new from the dealer. Moreover; if you are liable for the damages for another car and approach the aforementioned owner; he will go quite literally out of his way to help you out. Lastly; I had this shop restore a 1970 Mopar Muscle Car back in 1991 and after 27 years it is absolutely mind blowing how durable and amazing that it still looks. They are the only Body Shop that I would stake my personal reputation on. No risk involved. I have people thanking me until this very day; for recommending Polo. PS Don't ever be a presumptuous male chauvinist dummy and underestimate any woman that is employed at that shop; and request to speak to one of the men. She knows a lot more about mechanics/Auto Body repair and far more importantly the Insurance Claim process than anybody that you have ever met. An A-1 operation. Multiple Luxury car dealers can't possibly be wrong when they have chosen Polo Collision as their exclusive auto body shop for their untitled and unsold inventory.
