The store is beautifully laid out and has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The gals working were very friendly and offered me coffee, tea or water. Thread carries several Ohio clothing designers as well as more high-end national designers. While I didn't focus heavily on the clothing, I was able to find the cutest set of travel cosmetic cases that were different sizes and all folded into each other. Each one had a noun like "wanderlust" or "nomad" with a dictionary-style definition. It was reasonably priced and they gift wrapped it beautifully! While checking out, they also offered to sign me up for their free rewards program. If you fancy yourself a boutique shopper or enjoy their clothing/jewelry selection its definitely worth signing up for. Overall, I think Thread is a nice addition to the shopping in Pinecrest!

The two sales girls were highly friendly and helpful and also not disturbing while I explored the items. Besides, they had sale/ clearance rack. The store was well organized; however they have tags with different colors and where I'm from those colors tend to coordinate with daily sales so I asked a lady who worked there what they meant and she said usually they have daily sales but everything was 50% off today and I even clarified "only holiday stuff?" And she responded the whole store so I was all gongho, filling my hands with shirts and unnecessary holiday decor cuz everything is so cheap, only to get to the register and I hear everyone in line complaining about what the signs posted all over the store states. Apparently last week if you spent $50, they sent you a coupon for 50% off and you would have to know that in order to understand there is no sale whatsoever unless you have that coupon. So why not take the dumb signs down? What a headache for everyone. Also, maybe educate your employees because they also do not understand. Sincerely, a customer who is unimpressed with this experience and probably will skip next time we're in town.

We needed some help, but there was nobody around. We went to the register, the lady admittedly said she didn't j ow how the Tilly hat adjusted. At $95.00, happy to get it, however, he wasn't quite comfortable with how to adjust it. We went back to loo, at others, I showed him another brand, it seemed easier for him to adjust. It was lighter fabric, covered his ears, and he was comfortable with it. We went to purchase it, the line had one register person and was 6 people deep. They finally called others to check people out. This helped. The store is pricey, no help and long wait at 10:45 am on a Wednesday. It offered no value that I couldn't get online next time. We could've easily ordered a few and returned what we didn't like. I love to support retail brick and mortar, but this experience does not provide a reason with no customer Service and a waste of time! The store was clean. That is a plus. Another plus, getting there at 10 a.m. when they open, parking is reasonable.
