FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!…read more I purchased a pair of denim and pink Jordan's (Jordan Retro 4's) for $45 for my daughter in April. The price alone should have been a red flag but what did I know? At the time, I did not know that they were fake. My daughter has since grown out of the shoes. I tried to resell the shoes through a consignment site and I was told that they were fake. It was then that I googled them to compare images and I immediately saw the difference. The stitching of the Jumpman on the tongue was distinctly different from the pair I have. I'm sure there are other differences but there was no need for me to investigate any further. Based on this experience alone, I will NEVER purchase from Villa again. I question EVERYTHING that is being sold. I've told all of my friends. I also plan to post this on all of my social media. It's a shame that these stores come into Urban neighborhoods only to take advantage of our ignorance. I'm just glad it was only at a $45 expense and not the ridiculous amounts these kids spend on shoes nowadays.....

Stay away from the Southgate store & the Lee Harvard store,unless you a dope boy then the girls…read morewill give you the upmost service or a stripper broad with a big ass,in other words,unless the kids that work there are interested on a personal level,they will be of no help to the older mature crowd.They will not greet you when you come in,or ask you "can we help you" with something while you are walking around the store looking lost.The security guard at Southgate is the only one who will greet a customer.I am so tired of rude non-professional,kids working in the public.They are more concerned on how they look and not about making a customer feel and look good.I went to the Southgate store yesterday,while I let my 15 yr old son go in while I stayed in the front of the store.I saw him walking around that store and not one person came to help him,I sat in that car and almost cried.I want to teach my son that there are nice people who work in the public,and that some people are really nice and helpful.When he came back to the car empty handed,I ask did anyone say anything to you? He said no,I wanted to get out of my car and go in,but he said."no Ma,let's just go somewhere else.I'm so glad he doesn't have my attitude towards rude people.They hire these kids at these stores,I guess for a good looking public image,but I see why their turn over is so great.Everybody wants a check but no one wants to work.Sad.

The store is nicely laid out with Plasma TVs on the walls. Men's clothing on the right and women's on the left. On the far rear wall is the cube section were all the shoes are. They carry men's, women's, and kids shoes. They carry pretty much all the exclusive Alife shoes, Air Jordan's, Air Max's, Air Force Ones, Nike Boots and Timberland's among other shoes and boots. They also carry lots of men's and women's clothing with brands such as Akoo, Artful Dodger, Black Label, Brooklyn Mint, Coogi, LRG, Rocawear etc. They always get lots of shoes in so if you get there early on release day you well most likely walk out happy. Once you get cool with the workers they will even put your size a side for you. Now that's customer service.
