Their policy is that no orders can be placed over the phone even when it is their mistake. I physically have to go to the store to return the product and order the correct product only to be delivered to my address. How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.

My purchases were quick and easy thanks to him. While at the checkout counter I asked why he was working in the store alone. He gave the same reason so many businesses are struggling to find help in these post COVID days. Remember I was told by a store employer that they were removing them from racks and holding for me to pick up when I came back. Terrible customer service and business practice. Don't fall into their traps and their unethical business practices. Dont trust what any store employee tells you.
