Over the mirror is a curtain with inspiring words. I just love that, so clever. I wanted a pair of leggings, they didn't have in stock in a color I liked, they ordered them for me, I can't wait for them to arrive. The young ladies working here are all very pleasant and do a great job keeping the store looking crisp, clean and presentable. I highly recommend shopping here for your loungewear needs.

They have beautiful, well made, comfortable clothing for a great price (seriously--they have awesome deals on their well stocked clearance section, which was filled with still in season items!) I love the stylish and positivity filled fitting rooms. I also appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the female staff members were. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed each time I've shopped and have even offered to go above and beyond to order additional items online. The owner, Corina, is, apparently, there most days, is friendly, and seems very engaged with her shop & customers. She has a fair process to sell your items & explained it all in detail. The Saks of 5th in Farmington has much better sales and more merchandise than the Clinton store. This is probably why it's so clean and full of merchandise, because no one is there to make a mess! The policy of not taking credit card orders over the phone is ridiculous. The wrong items were sent to me, and get this in order for me to correct their mistake I have to go to the store to order the correct size which isn't even available at their location. Their policy is that no orders can be placed over the phone even when it is their mistake. I physically have to go to the store to return the product and order the correct product only to be delivered to my address. How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.
