The fabulous display continues throughout the store, creating a very enjoyable shopping experience. The selection of clothing, books and toys are well curated for ages ranging newborn to small children. I had a lovely chat with the owner who was both friendly and helpful with my shopping needs. She let me know about a clothing sale they were having and provided fun facts about the books I was browsing. (Local authors sold here) I was pleased to see good Spanish book options, and ended up purchasing one as a gift. Many of the items here seemed to be "earth friendly", made with good materials at a reasonable price. I will be back to shop for gifts in the future!

There's a few parks, areas where people live with loft style and regular style apartments. The selection and the variety of things to do are unmatched and you could definitely come here if you want to have a low-key night out! It doesn't really get crowded, and it's not very loud. It's extremely organized and it's clean. I love coming here!

We enjoyed strolling leisurely with our little dog as well as sun and conversation on various comfortable outside patios with treats in hand. Parking isn't always easy, but we were lucky and grabbed a spot. Free 3 hour parking is offered at the parking garages. Also noticed that Assembly Row is located near the "T" and that the Orange line stops near. Very convenient! Nice place to visit and enjoy some time.

I have been a gap (and sister brands) customer for decades. I purchased two pairs of jeans that I…read moreneeded for a trip the next day, and sent my husband to pick them up. He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online.

Unfortunately a little pricier than I was looking to pay for so only ended up with 1 item from the clearance section. I believe the cashiers name was Chelsea who was very nice, asked me if I wanted to sign up for rewards program which I don't shop here regularly so I denied. She did ask if I wanted a bag but didn't have a small bag and there was a .10 fee. (I thought people stopped doing this but I guess not) so I decided not too since I knew I'd be shopping elsewhere that I'd obtain a bag. Receipt can't be emailed to you if you aren't signed up in program so just got a paper. Plenty of parking.

Perfect ballroom dance shoes for the wedding. Loved being in the old time dance shoe store. I felt like I went back in time when salesmen used your name and searched for that perfect pair of shoes up on a ladder. I want to go back just to wander around the little shop and feel like a kid again buying my tap and ballet shoes. Oh, and when I'm done pop next door to browse the vinyl records.
